We are looking for RECEPTIONNIST.
Sommaire
Key Accountabilities:
- Serves visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately,
- listening to customers
- Identify telephone-related problems,
- Submit a report of phone issues daily to the technician
- Be the link between the client and the technician or any related department of phone repairs
- Be customer relation and customer satisfaction oriented.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Should have an HND/BTS in communication or related area;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software;
- Basic knowledge on Typing.
Capabilities and Skills :
- Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,
- Ability to solve new problem;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Good Analytical skills;
- A dynamic person;
- Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
