Carlcare Job Advert: Receptionist

We are looking for RECEPTIONNIST.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serves visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately,
  • listening to customers
  • Identify telephone-related problems,
  • Submit a report of phone issues daily to the technician
  • Be the link between the client and the technician or any related department of phone repairs
  • Be customer relation and customer satisfaction oriented.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Should have an HND/BTS in communication or related area;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software;
  • Basic knowledge on Typing.

Capabilities and Skills :

  • Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,
  • Ability to solve new problem;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Good Analytical skills;
  • A dynamic person;
  • Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
