Position Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor, introducing businesses to DHL’s world-class logistics services while strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Meet with clients every 90 days to nurture relationships.
- Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
- New Business Development:
- Secure 4 new customers per month.
- Customer Support:
- Address client concerns promptly to retain business.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage.
