Position Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor, introducing businesses to DHL’s world-class logistics services while strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement:
   • Meet with clients every 90 days to nurture relationships.
2. Revenue Growth:
   • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
3. New Business Development:
   • Secure 4 new customers per month.
4. Customer Support:
   • Address client concerns promptly to retain business.
5. CRM Management:
   • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.

Skills:

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage.
