Position Overview
As an Operations Team Leader, you will coordinate freight operations, guide clients on regulatory requirements, and ensure seamless execution of logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimizing Performance:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maximize operational efficiency.
- Daily Operations Management:
- Assign priorities, organize resources, and meet deadlines.
- Supervising Shipments:
- Oversee the planning and tracking of air, sea, and land shipments.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Verify and ensure compliance with required documentation.
- Internal and External Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and local agencies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and resolve operational challenges while adopting best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time processing of shipments.
- High customer satisfaction rates.
- Accurate data entry and swift issue resolution.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 6 years in logistics and transportation.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Expertise in freight regulations and team leadership.
