Internship Opportunity: Finance Department
The Denis & Lenora Foretia Foundation focuses on catalyzing Africa’s economic transformation through:

The Foundation is home to the Nkafu Policy Institute and the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center.
Objective
The Finance Department seeks an Accounts Intern to assist in preparing and tracking daily expenses.
Core Responsibilities
- Process payment vouchers and perform journal entries.
- Compile monthly budgets and prepare budgetary executions.
- Support CNPS and tax declarations and payments.
- Maintain and file financial vouchers.
- Facilitate field payments as assigned.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Scan and archive financial documents.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Education:
- University qualification in business or finance, with a focus on accounting.

- Open to learning, proactive in suggesting improvements, and receptive to feedback.
What We Offer
- Duration: 3 months of full-time internship with leading experts and academics.
- Allowance: Transport allowance of 60,000 FCFA.
- Resources: Access to in-house training, internet, research seminars, workshops, and round-tables.
- Evaluation: End-of-contract evaluation with a written recognition of work.
Conditions:
- Interns must arrange their own travel to and from Yaoundé.
- Medical insurance must be secured by the intern.
- Interns are required to bring their own laptops.
- Internship does not guarantee employment upon completion.
