As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives and strengthen our presence in the fintech landscape.


Key Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing segmentation strategies to effectively reach targeted customer groups.

  • Implementing differentiation strategies to position Maviance products uniquely in the market.

  • Conducting market research, surveys, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Analyzing market data to generate insights that inform marketing campaigns and product enhancements.

  • Presenting clear, actionable reports to internal stakeholders.

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from concept through execution.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to create product strategies and go-to-market plans.

  • Monitoring and optimizing product and campaign performance.

  • Leading training sessions on marketing tools and strategies for internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure marketing project success.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.

  • Experience in designing campaigns across diverse markets and cultural contexts.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Creativity and passion for technology and social impact.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and activations.
