🔧 Technical & Maintenance Positions

1. Auto Electrician with A/C Knowledge (LMV & HCV)
Location: Douala

• Expertise in electrical and A/C systems for both light and heavy vehicles

• Diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance

• Min. 3-5 years’ experience | Technical diploma required

2. Tyre Technician / Tyre Man

• Tyre inspection, fitting, rotation, balancing

• Experience with LMV, trucks, trailers essential

• Min. 2-4 years’ experience

3. LMV Supervisor

• Supervise maintenance, coordinate workshop activity

• Ensure vehicle availability and technician performance

• 3-5 years of experience + LMV license

4. Master LMV Technician

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs

• Guide and train junior technicians

• 5+ years’ experience + Toyota training preferred

5. Assistant Technicians (x2)

• Support maintenance operations under supervision

• Basic mechanical tasks (oil change, filter replacement, etc.)

• Min. secondary school + 0-2 years’ experience

6. Automobile Helpers (x3)

• Assist mechanics in workshop routines

• Cleaning, oil draining, parts handling

• No advanced qualification required | 0-2 years’ experience

7. Vehicle Technician (LMV & HCV)

• Diagnostics and repair of mechanical/electrical systems

• Maintenance of light and heavy commercial vehicles

• 3-5 years’ hands-on experience required

🏭 Logistics & Supply Chain Management

8. Production Planner

• Develop and manage manufacturing schedules

• Monitor stock levels, improve workflow efficiency

• Min. 5-8 years’ experience in FMCG or similar field

• Strong Excel skills and production systems knowledge required

• Language: English mandatory

9. Demand & Supply Chain Manager

• Lead S&OP process aligning forecasts with supply/inventory

• Collaborate across sales, finance, logistics

• Min. 10-15 years’ experience | Strong global trade understanding

• Language: English mandatory

10. Specialist RM/PM / Consumables & General Purchase Planner

• Forecast, procure and schedule raw materials, consumables

• Manage large datasets and Excel planning tools

• Min. 5-6 years’ experience in procurement or supply planning

• Strong data analytics skills required
