Founded in 1972, the Union Camerounaise de Brasseries (UCB) is one of the pioneering brewing companies in Cameroon and the largest Cameroonian-owned brewery.
Positioned in the market for beverages and specialty beers, UCB produces thousands of hectoliters each month, marketed in various formats: glass bottles, PET bottles, and kegs.
As part of its development, UCB, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager (M/F) to join its dynamic team!

MISSION
The Continuous Improvement Manager (M/F) will play a key role in optimizing the company’s operations. This position involves coordinating continuous improvement activities, training and coaching teams, and supporting various departments in enhancing productivity and internal communication.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement world-class continuous improvement systems.
- Conduct audits to identify gaps and establish corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Analyze process trends and variations using data and work with teams to reduce discrepancies.
- Support stakeholders within the factory to foster an environment conducive to continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador across different departments to ensure the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 minimum) in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least three (03) years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and adherence to deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality awareness.
