Position: Senior Consultant
Scope of Responsibilities
The Operational Excellence function is dedicated to addressing key barriers that hinder the successful execution of strategic goals. By focusing on process optimization and agility, this role ensures smooth and efficient operations that align with MTN’s strategic priorities, enhancing overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization and Efficiency
- Identify and Resolve Derailers: Assess and address process inefficiencies and bottlenecks to enhance strategic execution.
- Enhance Agility: Review and improve business processes for increased speed, flexibility, and efficiency.
- Digital Tools and Telecom Integration
- Tool Integration: Select and implement digital tools to streamline processes and resolve performance barriers.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure tools align with operational goals to support efficiency, data insights, and ease of use.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor process performance metrics using digital tools for continuous improvement.
- Governance Framework Design
- Value-Driven Processes: Refine core processes to maximize value creation while ensuring adaptability to business changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop mechanisms to review and adjust processes proactively for sustained success.
- Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement
- Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions to instill a mindset of operational excellence.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes across departments.
- Sustainability: Establish monitoring systems to maintain improvements over time.
