Key Accountabilities:
- Carry out several tests to check the overall performance of a phone,
- Fixing problems with electronic hardware,
- Replacing damaged hardware on devices, such as the screen, buttons or battery.
- Follow up with the customer experience satisfaction.

- Should have an HND/BTS in Computer science/electronics;
- At least 1 year of experience in electronics and electricity work;
- Knowledge on android phones;
- Skilled in diagnosis of android phones problems.
Capabilities and Skills :
- Open minded, smart, and responsible Person,
- Ability to solve new problem;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- A dynamic person;
- Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
