About the Role:
Concordis is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead MEAL activities across its regional programmes. Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in MEAL, especially in peacebuilding and humanitarian settings

📍 Location: Central Africa (with oversight across Cameroon, Chad, and CAR)

About the Role:
This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with strong field experience in conflict-affected environments. The Regional Director will provide overall direction and vision for the Central African Borderlands Programme, managing a team of over 100 staff. The role involves high-level engagement with donors, national stakeholders, and partner organisations to advance peace through cross-border dialogue and local capacity building.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in peacebuilding and managing large-scale programmes
Proven leadership in fragile or post-conflict contexts
Excellent donor relations and project delivery skills
Full professional fluency in English and French
