Job Opportunity: DELTA2 Project Coordinator Consultant – EGPAF Cameroon
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join its dynamic team as a DELTA2 Project Coordinator Consultant. This role is key to the successful implementation of the DELTA2 caregiver-assisted HIV self-testing project for children aged 2 to 10.

Contract Type: Consultancy
Reports to: DELTA2 Project Manager

Your Mission
As the DELTA2 Project Coordinator Consultant, you will ensure smooth coordination and monitoring of all project activities across selected implementation sites. You will work closely with site teams, stakeholders, and the project manager to guarantee effective execution, documentation, and reporting of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day implementation of the caregiver-assisted HIV self-testing intervention.

Conduct and report on baseline assessments at selected facilities.

Supervise lay counselors and ensure efficient patient flow to reduce bottlenecks.

Oversee accurate documentation of project data and activities.

Collaborate with the M&E team to create a real-time monitoring dashboard.

Organize weekly progress calls and submit monthly activity reports.

Address field challenges and escalate issues where necessary.

Participate in site data review meetings and provide project updates.

Conduct regular field visits to the South region and report findings.

Maintain a project issue log and track mitigation actions.

Document lessons learned and support project review sessions at district, regional, and national levels.

Contribute to the final project report and any additional assigned tasks.
Your Profile
-
Medical or paramedical professional with 7+ years’ experience in HIV program implementation, supervision, and reporting.

A Master’s degree in Public Health or a relevant advanced degree is an added advantage.

Strong background in evaluation and research of HIV programs.
-
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Proven ability to coordinate multi-site projects with attention to detail and results.
